I reserved a room for my 25 year old grandson and girl friend for four days starting July 30, 2026. On check-in they were given a room that was not clean, They complained and were given another room that also had a bad odor and seemed moldy, so they cancelled without occupying. I was charged one day of rent and Expedia refunded the remainder. I tried multiple times to contact Days Inn and Expedia to protest the charge but was unable to get through the maze of online virtual support and present my particular problem.

Amazing pool area and arcade! However, the room smelled heavily of new construction fumes, which agitated my asthma, and brown goo dripped on me from a ceiling vent. The hotel’s response was to send someone to clean out the vent. They left the sopping wet towels on the floor. The windows don’t open so no way to air out the room. They charge you for each piece of disposable toiletry ($2 for the same toothbrush that every other hotel hands out for free). I expected better for a room that costs over $500 per night.

Very convenient and close to everything. An excellent place to stay.
